Striving for Greatness—Cheryl Trietsch

The other day, I stopped by a new vendor to drop off an order. I was relaying what I wanted, when one of the employees overheard that I worked for CENTURY 21 Scheetz.

She perked up and asked, “Do you know an agent named Cheryl Trietsch?” I said, “Yes! We work in the same Carmel office together.”

She enthusiastically told me how Cheryl represented her and her family members buying and selling several homes. She said, “Cheryl is the hardest working person I know! She went above and beyond when we were buying our house. I mean—she gets down in the dirt!”

It was a joy listening to her describe Cheryl’s work ethic. She said she consistently did more than was expected during their home buying process. “If wallpaper needed stripped or a tree needed planted, Cheryl was right there doing whatever was required to get the job done.”

I told her that I knew Cheryl from years ago when we worked together at Cracker Barrel. We went through training on how to exceed customer expectations during training when the restaurant opened in Fishers. She was a leader in serving others more than 25 years ago by outworking everyone at the restaurant.

President Tracy Hutton said, “Cheryl’s tremendous work ethic combined with her life-long focus and dedication to her clients makes me very proud to have her affiliated with CENTURY 21 Scheetz.”

When Cheryl’s not out showing homes, you might find her on her family farm. Her recent post on Facebook shows her determination! Her enthusiasm for her career can be seen everywhere she goes.

Agents like Cheryl make our entire organization shine. “Cheryl is an example of the level of service we want home buyers/sellers to experience when working with CENTURY 21 Scheetz,” according to Hutton.

“Striving for greatness is part of her DNA,” said Hutton.
