I know there are people out there that are meticulous with their finances, tracking every purchase, balancing their account every evening, rattling off their daily budget from rote memory. Unfortunately, and to my husband's despair, I am not one of these people.
The three top goals I have for myself in life are:
- Be five inches taller,
- Be able to sing, and
- Be a financial genius.
While I know in reality the first two will NEVER happen I am hoping that I can at least be one of those individuals who practice their way to mediocrity when it comes to finances.
I am proud to say that I do know credit scores are the windows into our buying souls and I, like many other people, need to improve it. So in attempt to be a grown-up I did some research on what a credit score means and how I can "fix" mine. I came across this great article on Relator.com by Tasha Schroder. If you have a few minutes, take a look. I think you will find it very helpful. I did.
