New Home Construction was very active in 2012!

 In Zionsville, 94 homes constructed in 2012 were sold!  The home pictured above was built by David Weekley homes in Rock Bridge.

Prices for new construction ranged from $166,370 for a ranch home built in Anson to $1,720,000 for a new estate built in Lost Run Farm.

There are many great builders building in Zionsville.  Depending upon your lifestyle and price point, buyers are sure to find just the right floor plan and amenities to suit their needs. 

Just for reference, the average sales price was $377,675.  The average square footage for the main and upper levels was 2,944 sq ft.  Only 13 of the 94 homes sold did not have basements.  Twenty nine homes were built with two car garages the rest had a minimum of three car garages.  Stainless steel appliances, hard surface counter tops, and open floor plans remained popular.
