Postive momentum in the Zionsville market continues hold market time down and prices up. The number of homes for sale in Zionsville decreased 11% in June 2013 compared to June of 2012, but increased by 6% from the previous month, an indication that more people are looking to list and buy in this opportunistic market.
The median price of a sold home in Zionsville was $338,000 for the month, the highest in the State. The median listing price of an active was $400,000, up from $380,000 a year earlier.
Most importantly, the number of Village homes that sold during June increased by a whopping 40% from a year earlier, and interest rates remain historically low, providing the best home affordability that multiple generations have ever experienced.
