Currently, our Carmel office remains the sole market share holder for closed sales in Central Indiana and in many specific hyper local markets. This is not just a case of who sold more, rather, the #1 spot in market share represents the quality of the agents within our firm and the tools and strategies to get homes sold.
This month, it was announced that an agent from my office would be honored as the 2012 Rookie of the Year, after closing more than 17 transactions in 12 months with sales totaling more than $4,000,000.
Century 21 Scheetz' well known Scheetz Advantage Training kicked off this week with a record number of newly acquired agents, 27 in fact. Experience levels from veteran to new to the industry have joined us to help serve our community even more.
