North Willow Farms - a friendly, north side neighborhood

Are you looking for a fun, social neighborhood on the north side of Indianapolis? Come visit North Willow Farms. This was one of the first planned subdivisions in Indianapolis, built in the late 1960’s and 70’s. There are nearly 400 homes of various sizes, many of them renovated. Each cul-de-sac has it’s own little courtyard, which usually consists of a green lawn for everyone to enjoy. You’ll often find walkers and joggers using the paved trails that wind through the neighborhood, or strutting up and down the sidewalks. Time has allowed the landscape to mature, giving this neighborhood a park like effect. During the summer months, cool off in the community pool, or stop in the clubhouse. The kids in the community can participate on the neighborhood swim team, which competes with nearby pools and swim clubs. There is also a 4th of July parade that you won’t want to miss! Throughout the year, neighbors attend book clubs, dinners, and meetings, and love the convenient location. North Willow is close to dining, shopping, medical facilities, and I-465. It truly is Indy’s little secret! Contact Eileen for more information, or to visit the neighborhood. (Eileen O’Brien, Realtor. (317)445-0393 eobrien@c21scheetz.com )
