When I entered the real estate industry 14 years ago, I will admit my motivation was largely financial. Shortly after beginning my career, I realized the most important thing was my love for my clients and the relationships that it allowed me to make. One way for me to show my appreciation is to hold client appreciation events where I can spend time in a non-work environment with my clients.
An event coming up this Thursday in Carmel Clay Terrace features the band My Yellow Rickshaw. If you have never experienced a My Yellow Rickshaw show, you are in for a treat. The Pop, Rock, Bluegrass, RnB cover band plays hits from the 70s to today and brings an amazing and unique stage presence that encourages everyone to dance.
When CENTURY 21 Scheetz gave me the opportunity to sponsor this concert, I knew there was one client that I wanted to include so that my other clients could get to know him. I am excited for my friends and clients to get to know Andy Hammond of Northwestern Mutual. Andy is the most professional and knowledgeable financial advisor that I have ever met. I respect him immensely. He works with several members of my family, a multitude of my clients, and me. Because both Andy and I lost parents at a young age, I think it gives us a unique perspective and an ability to empathize with people in any situation. His approach to client care mirrors mine completely in that he truly cares first about his clients’ best interests and not his own. Because he works with Northwestern Mutual he has a multitude of investment vehicles at his disposal that will help you to reach your financial goals.
More than his exceptional professional demeanor, Andy is a great friend and person. He cares deeply about the world and the community as a whole. As many of you know, I am deeply involved with combatting human trafficking. Whenever I have held events to support this cause, Andy is always the first to volunteer financially and with any other type of support that I may need. Additionally, this year Andy was chair of his office fundraiser for Alex’s Lemonade Stand, which raised more than $100,000 and is still getting contributions.
Andy will be in attendance on Thursday and is sponsoring many of the gifts that will be raffled off. Please take the time to introduce yourself to Andy and get to know him better. If you would like to contact him directly, you can email him at firstname.lastname@example.org or call him at 317.284.5347. You can also go online to learn more about Andy at his website jandrewhammond.com.
Once again, I am so excited for Thursday and can’t wait to see all of you!
