This is the new rage right now for the #diy families. Chicken coops!! ?
They want to build it and grow it directly from their own back yard!! One word of caution though is you will want to be sure that the HOA will allow you to do this.
If you are looking to purchase a home and make "additions" to the property after you purchase not all "additions" can be done just because it is your property. Be sure to get the HOA docs before you make that purchase bound legally and you can't do what you want to do. It is the Sellers obligation to provide, but if its not enforced there could be some headaches down the road if due diligence is not done by both respective agents.
I have the experience to provide due diligence as a Buyers Agent or a Sellers Agent.
