Hi, and Welcome
I was born and raised on the Northside of Indianapolis, Indiana and have lived in Carmel since 1999. Recently CNN recognized Carmel, Indiana as the best play to live; I would agree with them wholeheartedly.
I am an entrepreneur at heart and that is one of the main reasons I have been successful in building a Real Estate career. Previous to my real estate career I owned and operated a successful vending company. After several years I was able to sell the business and begin my real estate career. So much of what made my vending company a success has transferred over to my real estate business. In both businesses it’s all about customer service and building strong relationships. Real Estate is more than a job to me, it is a passion. Helping people achieve their real estate goals is not something I take lightly. I pride myself on providing knowledge and guidance to my clients throughout the real estate transaction. I pride myself on being available, responding quickly, and utilizing the most up to date tools and resources to market homes. Here is some information on how I help my clients sell their homes quickly, at a high price.
My real estate business has continued to grow year after year. I am grateful and blessed beyond words. My sales continually rank in the top 15% of the over 250 agents in the Century 21 Scheetz organization.
I am most proud, however, of being awarded with the Pinnacle Quality Service award for outstanding customer service. This award is based solely on responses from surveys sent out by Century 21 Corporate to each and every client and my surveys consistently come back with the highest of ratings. I work with both buyers and sellers and thoroughly enjoy both.
Over the years I have been very active in the youth sports programs in the Carmel area. My daughter was a swimmer at Carmel High School and now swims for Purdue University so I have spent a lot of time at pools, both in the stands and on the deck with stopwatch in hand. I also coached my son in a variety of sports through the Carmel Dad’s Club, the highlight being our team’s victory in the league Super Bowl and watching him run a kickoff back for a touchdown in that game!
Being active in my church has enabled me to meet some of the best people I know. My wife and I are members of a great Life Group through church and have a wonderful time meeting with them each week as well as participating in many volunteer activities together such as Habitat for Humanity, Coats for Kids and Kids Against Hunger to name a few.
