Century 21 Scheetz' Zionsville Market Snapshot for June 2013

Postive momentum in the Zionsville market continues hold market time down and prices up.   The number of homes for sale in Zionsville decreased 11% in June 2013 compared to June of 2012, but increased by 6% from the previous month, an indication that more people are looking to list and buy in this opportunistic market.  

The median price of a sold home in Zionsville was $338,000 for the month, the highest in the State.  The median listing price of an active was $400,000, up from $380,000 a year earlier.  

Most importantly, the number of Village homes that sold during June increased by a whopping 40% from a year earlier, and interest rates remain historically low, providing the best home affordability that multiple generations have ever experienced.  Click below for the Century 21 Scheetz local Ziosville market update:
