Hi and Welcome

I have been involved in the real estate business since 2004, and in sales nearly my whole life. In 2004 I began flipping homes and realized two things, 1) I was really good at it, and 2)I really should sell real estate instead of just flipping homes. 

Several years ago I began my real estate career, full time, and again realized two things, 1) I'm really good at it, and 2)I not only do I love restoring old things and making them knew, but I love the thrill of helping people find their dream home. 

When working with contractors to refurbish and sell homes there is one very important ingredient to turn a profit, stay on budget and stay on schedule. In order for this to occur great communication has to take place. Taking that lesson into my Real Estate career has enabled me to build a successful business.  The key to a prosperous real estate transaction is listening, collaboration, and great communication. I pride myself in keeping my clients informed throughout the entire process. Working hand in hand with my clients to ensure a successful transaction takes place is critical to my ongoing success. Without the referrals from my past, happy, clients I could not have built the wonderful business I have today.

Professional Background

For nearly 20 years I was in advertising sales. Over the years I managed hundreds of accounts, and was responsible for rather large terrirtories. 

Being in the sales field enabled me to learn a lot about people, communication, patience, sales cycle, but most importantly about service. Without extraordinary customer service one will be mediocre at best. My goal is always to exceed your expectations and have you become a Raving Fan.

Some Fun Things

I love the outdoors!  Put a tennis racket in my hand and I'm ready to take on Serena Williams.  OK, maybe not her, but I do love to play.  I also love to bike, cook, and travel.  Travelling, cooking, and biking enables me to see new things, and experience new things and I love that.  So, if you have any great recipes, want to take up a game of tennis, take a bike ride, or have any insight as to the next place I should travel I'd love to hear from you.





I graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing.
