Welcome to my Website

Hello!!! My name is Cliff Fraser. Welcome to my little space among the wonderful CENTURY 21 Scheetz family. I would be honored to help you find the home of your dreams or assist you in selling the place you've called home. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help with the next big move in your life.

I can honestly say I am a very lucky guy! I am the father of three wonderful kids (Jillian, Max, and Cole) who make everyday a new adventure. It's been amazing watching them grow into the polite and fun-loving kids they are today. Born and raised in the Catskill Mountains of upstate New York, I can say I've got to enjoy a pleasant mix of what city and country life have to offer. Along the way, I've enjoyed stints in Western NY, Pennsylvania, and Washington DC before arriving to the place I will forever call home. Indiana.

Making people happy is what I've always been about. For the past 14 years, I've enjoyed working in the casino and horse racing industry. Many great relationships and friendships have been created that will last a lifetime. But, the time came where I needed to start something new that would better accommodate raising my family. It was important for me to continue with something where I could help people and improve lives. Real estate seemed like a natural fit.

Indianapolis is definitely the place for me! It offers a little bit of everything I enjoy doing, including live sporting events, cultural activities, thrilling entertainment, outdoor activities, etc. Family and friends are the most important thing and I enjoy partaking in these activities with them. I am also an avid horse racing fan and own a race horse named Water Sports. If you're planning on moving to Indy, I'd be glad to share all the experiences it has to offer.

Random fact: I'm a meteorologist! Graduated from Brockport State in Western NY where I earned Bachelor Degree's in Meteorology and Communication Studies. Spent a fun year in Washington DC working for the EPA and playing professional rugby. Headed west to Indiana where I earned a Master's Degree in Sports Communications from Ball State. I enjoyed it so much I decided to stay. Recently, I completed the Real Estate Certification Program and earned a state real estate license. I'm excited to see what the future holds.
